Established in 1930, Akaki Tsereteli State University (ATSU) is one of the oldest and most prestigious public institutions in Georgia. Originally founded in Tbilisi and later relocated to Kutaisi, the university is named after the renowned Georgian poet and public figure Akaki Tsereteli.
