The MBBS program at East West Medical College spans six years, including a one-year compulsory internship. The course is structured to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical clinical skills. The table below outlines the semester-wise subjects taught throughout the MBBS program:

• Must have passed qualifying examination of 'A' level or equivalent examination.
• 'O' level or equivalent examination passed not before 2021.
• 'A' level or equivalent examination passed not before 2023.
• 'A' level or equivalent exam must be completed within 2 years of 'O' level or equivalent exam.
• Minimum aggregate GPA in 'O' level or equivalent and 'A' level or equivalent examination: 7.00 (seven)
• Minimum GP in Biology: 3.50 out of 5.0 scale in A' level or equivalent exam.
• Only the top 5 subjects are considered for calculating GPA against the percentage of marks obtained in O' level or other equivalent exam.

Accommodations in East West medical college are provided in different hostels. There are 450 seats for the male students, and 500 seats for the female students, each of which is satisfactorily made to the set standards. The accommodation available from the college includes two beds or four beds in a room along with security cameras. No tobacco products and other dangerous drugs are allowed. Students, while accommodated in the hostels, get food and drinks at the mess and dining facilities in the hostels. There is a great, spacious canteen in EWMCH hostel.
